BPT Skerman manufacture vessels to the highest standards of construction and finish for the production, storage, and transfer of products and materials within a pharmaceutical sterile environment.
Vessels are supplied to customers requirements and specifications:
- Single skin or jacketed for steam, oil or water
- Vacuum rated or atmospheric vented - 316L stainless steel or exotic alloy materials
- Highly polished surfaces and electro-polished as required
- Options of agitator/mixer including Propeller type, Anchor, Rotor/Stator or Magnetic
- Valve selection as required e.g. Diaphragm type
We also offer integrated process systems working from a customer URS and to include:
- Vessels and agitators
- Homogenisers/Emulsifiers
- Powder Induction and dispersing/Wetting
- Transfer pumps and pipe work
