The in-line powder dispersing mixer makes powder wetting and dispersing fast, reliable and repeatable. By introducing the powder directly into the mixing chamber under intense shear energy it will be completely wetted and dispersed with no lumps or coagulation. Used for almost every powder, even for spontaneous swelling, sticky and extremely difficult to wet powders.
- Mixing system according to the rotor stator system.
- Machine is placed outside the vessel and product is circulated by a piping system.
- Mixing volume is reduced to the volume of the mixing chamber.
- Dispersing energy is applied to a small volume only.
- Depending on application the geometry of the rotor-stator-system can be adapted.
- Different type of shear ring set-up is available:
- Single step to multiple steps of shear rings
- Single stage to multiple stage of shear rings
- Available from laboratory size to pilot plant volume and full scale production.
- Because of identical geometry an easy scale-up from pilot machines to production machines is possible.

| Design Features |
The rotor-stator system may, depending on the treated product, be equipped with up to six dispersing rings for each stage. The size of the slots are determined by the process and may vary from stage to stage. If necessary, the mixing chamber can be equipped with a cooling or heating mantle. |
| Other | Two possible forms of operation are possible: Batch dispersing in a recirculating loop or an in-line system with a single pass. In a batch operation the product is circulated through the machine until the required particle size is achieved. All machines can be operated in the horizontal or vertical position. Made in Germany |
