The Winkworth Group have just had a successful exhibition at ProPak China 2011, reaffirming their commitment to growing and developing business opportunities in the Asian markets.

The 17^th edition of the exhibition, which is China’s premier processing and packaging expo, was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Pudong.

During the three day event, thousands of visitors took the opportunity to see a wide range of processing and packaging technology, ideas and solutions for all industries from food, beverages, dairy, confectionery/snacks, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG,  electronics and industrial manufacturing.

ProPak China has grown by 10.6% in area compared with last year and occupied a record 30,550 sqm.  More than 570 companies from 21 countries participated, offering buyers the largest display of technology for processing and packaging ever assembled in China.

Winkworth were represented by Managing Director, Grant Jamieson and China Office Manager, Peter Wang MBA.

During the expo, there were opportunities to network with key decision-makers and Grant gave an address at a buyers’ lunch.

Since their debut attendance last year, Winkworth have opened a China office in Shanghai and launched a  Chinese version of the Winkworth Group website  http://www.mixer.net.cn
