Brat pans are extremely versatile and can be used for shallow frying, stewing, braising, poaching, boiling or as a griddle. Used for a wide range of food products, especially ethnic foods.
BPT Skerman have supplied many leading ethnic food manufacturers with their unique design of brat pan which utilises a high pressure steam jacket for high temperature frying or charring producing authentic ethnic dishes.
Brat pans are available in various sizes with a variety of design features:
