Bro-Cool - Glycol

Specifically designed and manufactured for the food industry and suitable for a wide range of products from sauces to fillings with heavy particulates, the Bro-Cool Glycol jacketed batch cooling system offers a rapid cooling solution while being gentle on sensitive products.

Construction is in accordance with BS5550. 310L stainless steel is the standard material of construction.

Design

Bro-Cool glycol cooling systems utilise a jacketed vessel designed for internal pressure or vacuum conditions. Product is drawn across from the cooking vessels into the Bro-Cool glycol under vacuum and a glycol refrigerant mixture is circulated throughout the jacket at optimum temperature and flow rate.

The variable slow speed scraped surface agitation removes product from the cooling surfaces at the optimum rate to facilitate efficient heat transfer. Cooled product can then be discharged under a small pressure into holding transfer vessels without using a transfer pump and thus avoiding potential product damage.

Available in standard batch sizes of 250 litres, 500 litres, 800 litres and 1000 litres.

We strive to deliver unbeatable customer service, assistance and performance and are happy to answer any enquiries by phone +44 (0)118 988 3551 or email.
